Peru is a far away land. It is filled with many wonders, more than we had ever expected. We knew we would see ancient ruins; we knew we would see the Nasca lines, eat different food, see beautiful art, magnificent scenery, hear wondrous folktales and legends and experience sacred rituals and ceremonies, and meet new individuals and "travelers." We were surprised though at witnessing our own personal experiences of spiritual, mental and emotional journeys that captured us moment to moment while traveling through unknown territories. We observed other's awe and transforming personalities throughout our entire trip.
